Please read this page carefully before placing any order. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all terms below.

Disclaimer

✧ By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.

✧ If you do not agree, I cannot accept your order.

General

✧ No NFTs or AI usage allowed.
✧ Commissions are for personal use only (streaming on Twitch/YouTube is fine as long as credit is given).
✧ You will only receive a digital high-resolution file; no physical items will be shipped.
✧ I may decline a project if I feel it is outside my ability or style (see DOs & DON’Ts).
✧ I reserve the right to refuse any commission and blacklist clients in cases of harassment or disrespect.

Communication

✧ Commissions are handled on a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) basis.
✧ Communication will be through DM on official platforms (Twitter / VGen / email).

Payments

✧ Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD.
✧ 100% upfront payment is required (installments available for orders above $1000).
✧ If payment is not made within 7 days after I send the proposal, the order will be canceled unless otherwise agreed.
✧ Additional fees may apply for highly detailed or complex designs.
✧ Commercial usage requires extra charges (details below).
✧ A 10% tax is applied to all orders.

Ordering

✧ Please provide clear character details and visual references.
✧ Complex designs (frills, chains, horns, wings, etc.) may incur extra charges.
✧ Specific poses will be taken as reference only; I won’t replicate them 100%.
✧ I will usually reply within 48 hours. If there’s no response after that, the order will be considered canceled.
✧ Deadlines must be agreed upon before payment and cannot be changed afterward.

Process & Revisions

✧ Work process: Sketch → Base Colors → Final Artwork.
✧ Updates will be provided daily or every 2 days at most.
✧ Unlimited revisions are allowed at each stage, but please approve before I move on. Late revisions may require extra fees.
✧ For YCH commissions, no WIPs (work-in-progress) will be provided.

Timeline

✧ YCH commissions: 1–2 weeks.
✧ Illustrations: 2–4 weeks.
✧ Updates will be given every 1–2 days after our last communication.

Refunds

✧ Full refunds are available if I haven’t started your commission within 3 months.
✧ Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided.
✧ Partial refunds may be issued if I am unable to complete your commission.
✧ I reserve the right to issue a full refund and cancel your project at any time if necessary.

Credit & Usage

✧ Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
✧ Streamers may use commissioned works with proper credit (tag @MoichiAice).
✧ Commercial use (merchandise, client work, redistribution, etc.) requires additional payment.
✧ Editing, altering, or using my artwork commercially without permission is prohibited.

Uploading

✧ I may post your commission on social media or include it in my portfolio.
✧ If you want your commission to remain private or shared at a later date, please let me know when ordering.

DO's

✧ Feminine, masculine, and androgynous characters.
✧ Characters from young to mature.
✧ Human-faced anthros.
✧ Soft BL, GL, and heterosexual content.
✧ Artistic nudity (censored).
✧ Fanart (for personal use only).

DON’Ts

❌ Hardcore NSFW or inappropriate content (e.g., sexualization of minors).
❌ Offensive themes involving sex, race, or religion.
❌ Elderly characters, heavy mecha, or full furry (kemonomimi is fine).
❌ Extreme gore, violence, or overly detailed designs.
❌ Webcomic/manga commissions or copying another artist’s style.
❌ Pairing OCs with copyrighted characters.
